School officials blamed for contaminated meals
Education authorities in Canacona blamed the management of the St Teresa of Jesus High School, Chaudi-Canacona for failing to inspect the mid-day meals, before supplying the contaminated meals to the students. The concerned Assistant District Education Inspector (ADEI) has also stated that action cannot be taken in the matter, until a complaint is lodged by the school or school headmaster.
