NEARLY 10 years after the noise pollution regulation was notified, the government has decided to put in a place a mechanism to systematically monitor noise.
These rules may be called the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) (Amendment) Rules, 2010. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
