PANJIM, MARCH 28 The North District Administration has flagged down cruise boat operations along River Mandovi for alleged noise pollution and has curtailed use of sound permits to a weekly basis. Additional Collector Swapnil Naik disclosed that a monitoring station is being set up near Miramar where sound decibels would be checked and erring operators intercepted for violations.
