KOKRAJHAR: BTC chief Hagrama Mohilary while interacting with the editors of different newspapers of the State at the Kokrajhar Circuit House on Friday said the land is the subject of BTC and the council authority will take necessary steps for the resettlement of the displaced people who have valid citizenship documents while the State Government is responsible for rehabilitation.
