Jamshedpur, May 23: Jharkhand Disom Party (JDP) has called a bandh in Jharkhand and tribal-dominated areas of Orissa and Bengal on June 18 to exert pressure on the Centre for implementation of constitutional provisions protecting tribal rights. JDP national president Salkhan Murmu clarified that essential services would be kept outside the purview of the bandh.
