Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Dilshad Hussain Vs State of Uttar Pradesh dated 17/10/2022.
The District Magistrate, Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh was directed by the NGT to look into the complaint filed by Dilshad Hussain alleging illegal operation of a brickfield, village Angnakol, tehsil Sadar. The site of the brick kiln is within the prohibited distance from a school and the habitation, the applicant said.
