3rd report of the Monitoring Committee constituted by the National Green Tribunal on various environment issues in the state of Haryana with respect to compliance of NGT order, July 5, 2021 in Original Application No. 360 of 2018 in the matter of Shree Nath Sharma Vs Union of India & Others regarding preparation of District Environment Plans of all the districts of state of Haryana and execution thereof. The state of Haryana has submitted District Environment Plans of 21 districts on April 5, 2021 and remaining 1 district, Bhiwani on April 7, 2021. The Monitoring Committee shall go through the District Environmental Plans of all the 22 districts and shall examine these plans w.r.t 64 action areas and 220 data points as specified by the CPCB.
