Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Nanga Ram Dangi Vs Secretary, Department of Environment & Forests & Others dated 20/01/2020 regarding illegal mining going on around the Jaisamand Lake and other areas of District Udaipur, Rajasthan.
The Tribunal directed the Inspector General of Police, Udaipur Range to be look into the matter and to be present before the Tribunal for the purpose of assistance.
