Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Shishir Richhariya, Divisional Secretary, Paschim Madya Railway Karamchari Parishad Vs State of Madhya Pradesh dated 14/01/2020 regarding illegal cutting of trees in the process of installation of Flash Butt Welding (FBW) plant at North Sagar Division, Madhya Pradesh.
The Tribunal directed the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest & Head of the Forest Force, Madhya Pradesh to report on the matter and take remedial action against the allegation of cutting of trees in accordance with law.
