Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding indiscriminate dumping of solid waste in Pushpabadhra river, Jibhi, Himachal Pradesh, 27/11/2019
Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Jai Anant Dehadrai Vs State of Himachal Pradesh & Others dated 27/11/2019 regarding indiscriminate dumping of solid waste material in Pushpabadhra River, which traversed through the town of Jibhi in the State of Himachal Pradesh.
Report filed by joint committee comprising of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), Himachal Pradesh, State Pollution Control Board and a representative of Deputy Commissioner, Kullu informed the Tribunal that remedial action has been taken. In view of the above facts, the tribunal said that no further orders are necessary.
