Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Moti & Others Vs State of Rajasthan dated 22/10/2019 regarding illegal operation of about 25 crushers in village Aipur Kalahar Ghatri, tehsil Bhusawar, District Bharatpur, Rajasthan.
The Tribunal directs the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board and the District Magistrate, Bharatpur to look into the matter, take appropriate action in accordance with law and furnish a factual and action taken report in the matter within one month.
