Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding pollution in Kanpur due to burning of garbage, 17/10/2019
Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of C. P. Singh Vs State of Uttar Pradesh dated 17/10/2019 regarding growing pollution in the city of Kanpur on account of burning of garbage, dust and vehicular pollution resulting in adverse impact on the public health and the environment.
The Tribunal directed the Municipal Corporation, Kanpur to take action in accordance with law in a month.
