Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rameshwar Patidar Naya Vs State of Madhya Pradesh dated 20/08/2019 regarding pollution caused by liquor factory by discharging toxic chemicals at village Khodi Badwah, District Khargone, Madhya Pradesh.
The Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board (MPPCB) has been directed to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law and furnish a factual and action taken report to the Tribunal within one month.
