Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Praveen Kumar Sharma Vs State of Haryana dated 16/04/2019 regarding putting of the cement/concrete blocks around the trees which will not be congenial to the trees at Kurukshetra, Haryana.
NGT directs a copy of the order, along with complaint, be sent to the Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra for consideration and appropriate action in accordance with law.
