Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Narendra Vats, Vice President, Gramin Vikas Samiti Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 09/04/2019 regarding illegal encroachments and unregulated markets at Samalkha Extension, Samalkha Village, Delhi.
The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), the District Magistrate, West Delhi and South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) furnished a report on the matter stating that certain steps have been taken but the Tribunal asks for a fresh report to be filed as it is not clear "whether on the ground any effective action has been taken in the matter."
