Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Shah Alam Vs State of Uttar Pradesh dated 25/03/2019 regarding air pollution being caused by M/s Jublient Industries Ltd., Gajraula, Amroha. The industry has also dug a tubewell. Discharge of chemicals and emission of gas are affecting the health of the inhabitants of the village.
NGT directs the District Magistrate, Amroha and the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB) look into the matter.
