Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Amarpal Singh Vs State of Uttar Pradesh dated 25/03/2019 regarding illegal encroachment of ponds resulting in flooding of village Sadullapur/ Chandpura Pargana-Sarava, Tehsil and District Meerut with effluents.
The NGT directs the District Magistrate, Meerut to look into the matter, take appropriate action in accordance with law and furnish a factual and action taken report in the matter within one month.
