This report is being submitted in compliance with these directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. The IA No 176097 has been filed by Bajaj Auto Company seeking the following directions: That the cap – restriction on registration – on the three-wheelers in Delhi should be removed as the vehicles now are no longer polluting. This cap should not apply to the current autorickshaws, which comply with BSIV norms and are CNG fuelled. Additionally and/or alternatively, the restriction on permits should be removed for BS VI .autorickshaws.
