The question for consideration is validity of order dated 07.12.2018 issued by the Director of Food, Civil supplies and Consumers Affairs, Government of Haryana, Chandigarh, extending time limit for adoption of Zig Zag Technology for running of the brick kilns from 30.09.2018 to 31.07.2019.
The Tribunal vide order dated 07.01.2019 had stayed the operation of the order extending time limit for adoption of Zig Zag Technology for brick kilns. The NGT while adjourning the matter directs for the interim order dated 07.01.2019 to continue.
