Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Anurup Panda Vs Member Secretary, WBPCB & & Others dated 19/02/2019 regarding introduction of Zig Zag Technology in brick kilns of West Bengal.
NGT directs the State of West Bengal and the State Pollution Control Board to submit a report on as to whether the Zig Zag Technology has been introduced or not within the time frame prescribed by the CPCB.
