The Tribunal had directed the District Magistrate, Panchkula to furnish a report which the Court finds does not deal with factual aspects with reference to specific locations for which report was sought.
NGT directs constitution of a three member Committee comprising representatives of Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) and the District Magistrate, Panchkula to give a fresh proper report.
