Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Gram Sabha, Danpur Vs State of Uttarakhand & Others dated 24/01/2019 regarding prohibition of polluting activity by M/s Bansal Industries, in District Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand, by operating a rice mill without arrangement for disposal of industrial waste and the requisite consent of the Uttarakhand State Pollution Control Board (State PCB).
NGT directs State PCB to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
