Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding illegal lead melting factory in Punjab Khor Village, Delhi, 16/01/2019
Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Mohit Joon Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 16/01/2019 regarding illegal lead melting factory being operated in Punjab Khor Village, Kanjhawala, Delhi -81 and creating poisonous smoke, adversely affecting the health of the inhabitants.
NGT directs Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
