Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding pollution caused by an illegal factory, Delhi, 09/01/2019
Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Residents of New Mandoli Phase-I Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 09/01/2019 regarding pollution being caused by a factory having furnace of aluminum casting at Khasra No. 12/21/2, Main Road, New Mandoli, Phase-I, Delhi-110093, emitting lot of smoke which pollutes the air. The factory was earlier sealed but the same has again been started illegally.
NGT directs Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
