Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sunita Thakur, Pradhan, Bageshwari Mahila Mandal, Sudher Vs State of Himachal Pradesh dated 02/01/2019 regarding illegal dumping of garbage in village Sudher near Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) workshop affecting public health which is contrary to the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.
NGT directs Municipal Corporation, Dharamshala and the Himachal Pradesh State Pollution Control Board (HPSPCB) to look into the matter and furnish an action taken report to the Tribunal.
