Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Shantanu Bapuli Vs State of Haryana dated 02/01/2019 regarding untreated drain water is being discharged into the Municipal Corporation Faridabad land in Sector 91, Surya Nagar, Phase – II, Faridabad having potential for causing diseases.
NGT directs the Municipal Corporation, Faridabad and Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB) to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law and furnish a factual and action taken report to the Tribunal.
