Order of the National Green Tribunal (Western Zone Bench, Pune) in the matter of Hanuman T. Rakte & Others Vs. Aurangabad Distillery Ltd. & Others dated 14/03/2017 regarding pollution caused by M/s Aurangabad Distillery Pvt Ltd., Pune, Maharashtra. Affidavit filed by Regional Officer, MPCB, Pune, who visited the site and collected samples for water analysis from dug well and tube well located in the vicinity of M/s Aurangabad Distillery Pvt Ltd, reveals that water samples taken from the dug well of the Applicant had pale brownish colour.
