Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Society for Protection of Environment and Bio-diversity Vs. Union of India & Others dated 30/09/2016 regarding unified building byelaws approved by DDA being in conflict with the Notification of EIA, 2006.
National Green Tribunal directs the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change to consider the objections of the applicant before issuing final Notification so that the unified building bye laws are not in conflict with EIA Notification, 2006.
