Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding the quality of water supplied in Delhi, 06/06/2016
Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Friends through its General Secretary Vs. Ministry of Water Resources dated 06/06/2016 regarding the quality of water supplied in Delhi. The Counsel appearing for Central Pollution Control Board shall conduct inspection and collect water samples from various houses where DJB or the Corporation are supplying water. They shall also collect samples from tanks/sources from where the water supply is being made to various parts of the city and analyze those samples and place the report before the Tribunal on the next date of hearing (10/08/2016).
