Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Kisan Sahkari Chini Mill Ltd. Vs. Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board & Others dated 15/02/2016 regarding pollution caused by sugar industry.
The Joint Inspection Team in its report has pointed out various deficiencies including existence of by-pass prior to ETP. The analysis report also shows that the parameters are violated and do not meet the prescribed standards.
