Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Sonagiri Utkarsh Samiti Vs. State of Madhya Pradesh & Ors dated 16/10/2015 regarding encroachment of a park in the Sonagari Utkarsh HIG Sector-A, Sonagiri, BHEL, Bhopal by constructing a temple on the same thereby destroying the trees and vegetation which the residents of the colony have developed.
