Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Taurus International (Projects) Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Delhi Pollution Control Committee dated 09/06/2015 regarding hotels in Mahipalpur, Delhi that were operating without permission from civic agencies and the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC).
The Tribunal directed the SDM, Police Authorities, DPCC to ensure that none of these Units would operate commercially till the time they are granted consent to operate by the DPCC in accordance with law and more particularly subject to the compliance of the directions contained in this order.
