New urea units to only use the feedstock of natural gas (NG) or liquefied natural gas (LNG)
Even existing plants using naphtha or fuel oil/low sulphur heavy stock (FO/LSHS) must switch over to NG/LNG
As the cost of conversion for the existing units is high
