The Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1986 (amended up to 19 June, 2012)
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act. 1957, (Central Act 67 of 1957), the State Government hereby makes the following rules for regulating the grant of quarry licences, mining leases and other mineral concessions in respect of minor mineral and for purposes connected therewith namely: The Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1986 (amended up to 19 June, 2012).
