How not to squabble
Step I: Within a village, co-operative members usually meet once a week. A monthly meeting also sorts out problems
Step II: Between villages, members interact regularly. Neighbouring villages are often invited to weekly/ monthly meetings, also to enthuse newly established co-operatives
Step III: On the first day of every month, representatives from each co-operative gather at the Mandiya office of Vikalp. By this time, co-operatives have already held their individual monthly meetings. All unresolved matters reach here, including taking stock of how the co-operatives are spreading.
