2000: Environment Pollution (Prevention and Control) Authority (EPCA) for NCR: Asked by SC to monitor CETPs
1999: HPC created on SC order by the National River Conservation Authority for minimum flow in the Yamuna
1994: Chaired by Secretary (Environment), Ministry of Environment and Forests submitted a Comprehensive Action Plan on Environment and Pollution Control in Delhi, covering all major aspects including water pollution pertaining to NCT Delhi.
