Ecofriendly and cost effective treatment of herbal and bulk drug pharmaceutical wastewaters using Spirulina
An attempt has been made to study the feasibility of pharmaceutical (both herbal and bulk drug) wastewater treatment using saline water alga Spirulina platensis. Results showed good reduction in COD/BOD/ sulphates and chlorides.
