Delhi High court order on congestion
Text of Delhi high court judgement in response to petition filed by Manushi & ITD against MCD on limiting cycle rickshaw licenses.The court has directed Delhi government,MCD,DDA & Delhi Police to constitute a task force to explore for solutions to manage road traffic, minimize congestion, reduce vehicular pollution and ensure equitable access to all classes of vehicles including non-motorized transport including bicycles and cycle rickshaws.
