Nod for exploration of 16 hydrocarbon reserves in Asom
The Centre has awarded 16 exploratory blocks in Asom near the bank of the Brahmaputra in the pre-New Exploration Licensing Policy (NELP) and NELP rounds held so far. Giving this information to the Lok Sabha, Union Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas Dinsha Patel said these blocks are under various stages of exploration.
