Sen panel report on futures trading ready for a year
Commission's terms of reference show that govt's focus was never on a ban on futures trading THE government's claim that it was awaiting the Abhijit Sen panel's report on the impact of futures trading on prices of essential commodities to take a decision on the issue appears to be false as the panel had its answers ready as early as May 2007.
