Tata writes to CM, says target thermal plants not vehicles
The Delhi Government is doing a rethink on the proposed cess on diesel vehicles, after Tata Motors chairman Ratan Tata wrote to Dikshit on the cess on diesel vehicles, on behalf of the auto industry.
