STEERING GROUP To lend credibility to the entire rating process, a Project Advisory Panel (PAP) has been set up comprising politicians, scientists, eminent members of the civil society, lawyers and judges and industry leaders. It has been formed to advise, guide and steer the project and give the exercise a holistic outlook. This is the forum that scrutinises the ratings and gives the final nod to the results before public dissemination. The panel also acts as a sounding board for testing new ideas and building up pressure on the government in formulating fiscal and environmental policies to support sustainable development. |
