40t garbage removed from Vaigai river
Madurai: Nearly 40 tonnes of garbage was removed from the Vaigai river in a mass cleaning programme organized by the Madurai Corporation between Kamarajar Bridge near Bethaniyapuram and Kuruvikkaran Salai.
