HC adjourns SEZ hearings
The Bombay High Court at Goa on Monday adjourned hearing in all SEZ matters till April 15. The writ petitions filed challenging the show cause notices issued by Goa Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) against SEZ promoters for vacating lands allotted to them in industrial estates after the State government dumped SEZ policy due to protest by people were listed for hearing for Monday.
