Margao to be brightened with solar powered lamps
Solar lamps will soon become a reality in the Commercial Capital with a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Margao Municipal Council gave its nod for the Civic body to install solar powered lamps at the Municipal garden and around the Civic building. The Goa Energy Development Agency has sanctioned as many as 50 solar powered lamps to the Margao Civic body.
