Panchayat, Rural Development and Social Justice Minister Gopal Bhargava said that Mukhya Mantri Gramin Awas Mission will start from November 1, foundation day of the state. The houses will be constructed for the poor persons. He said that till the end of the year 2013, the Mission will construct five lakh houses for the poor.

Dhanbad, July 19: After rehabilitating more than 270 families from the fire-affected areas of the Jharia coalfield region to Jharia Vihar colony, the Jharia Rehabilitation Development Authority (JRDA) has decided to add around 750 quarters to the existing colony. Currently, the Jharia Vihar colony has 2,352 quarters where illegal inhabitants of the coalfield region were shifted.
