PARADIP: More than 25 persons of coastal villages of Balikuda block have been affected by diarrhoea following consumption of contaminated water. KOLKATA, Feb. 20: Unable to pull up its own people for their failure to prevent an outbreak of diarrhoea in areas of Garden Reach due to drinking water contamination, the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) has decided to put the Garden Reach Waterworks, under Kolkata Metropolitan Water & Sanitation Authorities, a nodal agency of KMDA, at fault.
