Hyderabad: As many as 5,426 cases of acute diarrhoea, including 21 deaths, were reported in Hyderabad, Adilabad, Karimnagar, Mahbubnagar, Visakhapatnam, Kurnool, Kadapa, East Godavari, Warangal and Medak.
