Order of the Supreme Court of India regarding 'In Re: Distribution of essential supplies and services during pandemic' dated 30/04/2021.

The bench comprising Justices Dhananjaya Y Chandrachud, L Nageswara Rao and S Ravindra Bhat directed the Union of India to ensure that the deficit in the supply of oxygen to the GNCTD is rectified within two days and the Central Government should prepare in collaboration with the states to prepare a buffer stock of oxygen for emergency purposes and decentralize the location of the emergency stocks. Further, any clampdown on information on social media or harassment caused to individuals seeking/delivering help on any platform would attract a "coercive exercise of jurisdiction", the SC said in its order of April 30, 2021.
