Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding dumping of garbage, Keonjhar, Odisha, 17/11/2020
Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Pratap Chandra Naik & Others Vs State of Odisha dated 17/11/2020. Grievance in the application was against dumping of garbage adjacent to private bus stand at old town, Keonjhar, Odisha which is hazardous to the public health.
The NGT directed the District Magistrate, Keonjhar, Odisha to look into the matter and take such further action as may be found appropriate in accordance with law.
